1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jwi7 ("jwi7", "we", "us", "our") concerning your use of the jwi7 website located at https://jwi7.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

jwi7 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the jwi7 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not unlawful.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform by jwi7.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of jwi7 or any of its affiliates or game suppliers.

jwi7 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player identity. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jwi7 may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on the jwi7 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jwi7 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated transactions or winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. The name on your account must match the name on your payment methods. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jwi7 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jwi7 support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jwi7 customer support. Any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable game or sports rules. Verified account balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of the standard verification process.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jwi7 currently supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may change and is subject to the options presented at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jwi7 does not accept cash deposits. Deposits are credited to your jwi7 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are generally processed within 60 seconds for mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, provided that method supports outbound transfers. jwi7 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–4 hours for fully verified accounts. Unverified or partially verified accounts may experience extended processing times pending KYC completion.

4.4 Currency

The Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in BDT. jwi7 does not guarantee the availability of any specific exchange rate and is not liable for losses arising from currency fluctuations where conversion occurs on the player's side.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jwi7 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least 10x the combined bonus and deposit amount before any withdrawal may be requested, unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only wagers placed with real money funds count toward wagering requirements, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry is stated. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• jwi7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to fulfilling wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, hedging bets to exploit promotional terms, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their account suspended. jwi7's determination on matters of bonus abuse is final.

6. Game Rules & Sports Betting

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the jwi7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel within the Platform.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and esports — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event. jwi7 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any market at amended odds in the event of: match abandonment, incorrect pricing, obvious pricing errors, event postponement beyond the stated deadline, or evidence of match irregularities.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, market, and event. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface at the time of placing a wager. jwi7 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including restricting individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round in progress, jwi7 will resolve the round on the basis of its server-side records. In cases where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. jwi7 accepts no further liability for any inconvenience caused by technical interruptions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jwi7 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform, its software, or its content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward jwi7 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions.

8. Responsible Gaming

jwi7 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. We provide the following tools, accessible via your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jwi7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of jwi7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of jwi7. Unauthorised use of jwi7's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jwi7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

jwi7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jwi7 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

jwi7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jwi7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations. 12. Amendments to These Terms

jwi7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or sending a communication to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jwi7 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be first submitted to jwi7's customer support team for resolution via good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being submitted to customer support, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the applicable jurisdiction. jwi7's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, and account actions is final, unless a clear administrative error is demonstrated.
